9. Verhaltensneurologisches Symposium

Ort: Luzern, Schweiz

Dear colleagues,
it is our great pleasure to invite you to the 9th Symposium on Behavioral Neurology in
Lucerne, Switzerland, taking place on May 8, 2020. The topic of the symposium will be
“Memory”. Learning and memory are among the most fascinating cognitive capabilities. We
can acquire new knowledge about the world and, due to our memory, can retain and
reconstruct that knowledge over time. Like Eric K. Kandel has wonderfully stated "We are
who we are in large part because of what we have learned and what we remember and
forget.".
We are very pleased that internationally renowned speakers and promising young scientists
agreed to participate and share their expertise and latest findings with us. The symposium
will be of interest for neurologists, neuropsychologists, cognitive neuroscientists and
psychiatrists engaged in research, treatment and care of patients. We look forward to
inspiring talks and lively discussions.
