Akademischer/beruflicher Werdegang / Arbeits-/Forschungsschwerpunkte:

Helmut Hildebrandt is clinical neuropsychologist at the Klinikum Bremen-Ost, Department of Neurology, where he assesses out- and in-patients and treats patients with severe brain injury from the unit for early rehabilitation. He is also apl. Professor at the university of Oldenburg for neuropsychology and clinical psychology and his research is on cognitive impairment in inflammatory and neurodegenerative brain diseases as well as on visual impairment after focal stroke lesions.
